The Other Edges of The World publication is the final culmination of a three-year-long collaborative journey between four organizations: hablarenarte, Visual Culture Research Center, KAIR, and MeetFactory. The publication brings together five texts and three artistic interventions, exploring how peripheries can communicate without relying on the center and whether there is a periphery to every periphery. The context of Central and Eastern Europe and its anti-imperialist stance against Russian aggression in Ukraine intersects with the South American perspective on decolonization, allowing the reader to see what lies beyond the edge of the world as we know it.
